This is a right slugfest and probably one of my most gruelling fights to be in.

This was only four months after my fight with the legend Wangchannoi where I first broke my hand. The break re-occurs in this bout in the fourth round and I do believe that if I hadn’t have had such a hard fight to come back on, I wouldn’t have had half the troubles with my hand that I’ve had.

There were no elbows in this match as back then it was a rarity to see a full Thai rules bout in the west but knees were allowed to the head.
