Huge event at Lumpinee stadium: 07.09.12

16 Aug Posted by in Events, News | Comments

I found out about this line up from Rob Cox’s website muaythaifocus and I have to say I’m really excited about some of these matches. I’ll also be in Thailand around this time which makes it even more special.

The line up looks set now for the next big Lumpinee Champions Kriekkrai event on the 7th of September at Lumpinee stadium and it looks to be another big crowd puller with several mouth watering match-ups and a card stacked with the sports biggest names.

The highlight of the show sees Singdam Kiatmuu 9 put his Lumpinee Lightweight tile on the line against the pound for pound number one Saenchai PKSaenchaimuaythai gym. With Saenchai as usual giving up a little weight to even the odds, with Singdam coming in at 133 to Saenchai’s 130 lbs.

Penek Sitnumnoi defends his Lumpinee Featherweight title against Sam-A Gaiyanghaadao gym, with Sam-A desperate to avenge his loss in the Boxer of the year fight off.

Sagetdao Petpayathai fights Petboonchu FA Group for the Thailand Lightweight battle, in another battle between the two strong clinch and knee fighters.

Nong-O Gaiyanghaadao gym faces Jomthong Chuwattana

Diesellek Ud-donmuang grants a rematch to F16 Ratchanon, after his stunning high kick win in their previous encounter.

Damien Alamos defends his Lumpinee Super-lightweight title against Aranchai Pran 26

Muangthai Sor Boonyiam takes on Superlek Wor Sangprapai for the Lumpinee super-flyweight belt, in a battle between two of the hottest young prospects in the sport today.

Wanchalong Sitsonong gives a rematch to Chokpreecha Kor Sakunsua after Wanchalong’s stunning k.o win to turn around their fight in the dying seconds of the final round, on Channel 7 recently.

The show opener is another fight not to be missed with Wanchai Ramboisarn defends his Lumpinee Light Flyweight title against Sarawut Pitakparpadaeng, in the 3rd encounter between the two. Both their previous fights got awarded fight of the month at Lumpinee stadium and this time with the Lumpinee title at stake, promises to be another thriller.
