I’ve been looking forward to this since I first heard about it. Rungravee takes on his old nemesis seeoi Sor Suantachai at the Channel 7 stadium in a very one sided contest.
Here you will see unlike in the west, if one boxer is far behind on the scorecards and has no chance of winning. The referee will simply call a halt to the contest to save him losing face and any further punishment.
So here is another clinical performance from the Thai Terminator Rungravee Sasiprapa….enjoy
Saweedcap dt i don’t no if you read all the comments but I’ve heard rung isn’t a big star in Thailand as much as he is in the uk because the Thais don’t really like is style wots your opinion on this ?
Hi Matt
I’m not sure if he’s style isn’t favoured much in Thailand, but I would agree that he has a bigger following outside of his native country.
To my knowledge he never fights in either of the main Bangkok stadiums as he ever held either of the titles missed a chance to see him fight wen I was in tland thanks for your reply
Very true……he has in the past but I’m not sure if that is something to do with what promotors he works with.
Channel 7 have some of the best fighters on their shows but you never see the likes of Sarm-A, Yodwicha or Phetchboonchu fighting on them and Rungravee has won that title.
So could be something to do with that….I could be completely wrong though.
