It’s been on the cards for a while for me to do a few short videos going over some practical fight techniques.
I’ve actually shared these videos already on my YouTube channel, Instagram account and my Facebook page but I thought it’s time I gave them a page on my official website.
One of the things that often gets mentioned about these videos is my snippet at the end showing me using the technique in actual competition. Many have expressed that no one is doing this on any of the instructional videos that they watch making them unique.
To be honest I really can’t take any credit for this idea. If you have followed my website then you will know that I try to be a great historian in regards to fights and fighters. I first saw this instructional/actual fight footage combination many years back in the early 90s on the Rob Kaman instructional videos. I was so impressed with these as you got to see these moves being tried and tested in the ring.
It’s taken many years but i’ve finally attempted to use this same tool for educating people who want to be educated….enjoy.
